Bacalhau Is a Cod Fish

Now, we are going to talk about what bacalhau is and what the taste is.

This is the project that we have been doing for a while. We start the project by brainstorming based on two questions; what did we already know? What do we want to know?

In order to learn more information about bacalhau, we decided to visit the museum which is Centro Interpretativo da História do Bacalhau. It is located in Praça do Comércio, Lisbon.

There are myriad activities that we can enjoy while visiting. I attach the video of what our visiting experience is like below.

By visiting the museum, we have learned about the scientific information of bacalhau. It is really amazing that a bacalhau or codfish lays three to nine million eggs in one go.

Then, we did the interview of 100 people randomly in Lisbon to collect the statistics on what the most four favorite dishes are.

We found out that these are the most four popular dishes.

Bacalhau com Natas
Pataniscas de Bacalhau

We really enjoy living in Portugal since their food is super amazing, especially the bacalhau.
